I figured that if I was going to mess it up, then I would rather do that at $6.99 a pound rather than $16.00 a pound. Definitely. I never even thoughtto add Real, FRESH lobster. I used raw shrimp.... and my congac hardly flammed! SOmethign went wrong, though I did use Hennesey!
